Long time coming

Hi All
have to be perfectly honest here ... Myspace has taken over my website somewhat . Seems people are more intrested in my Myspace than than this lovely website. Thus my lack of news, gigs etc. So im tempted to say listen to the tracks on this site, grab afew recipies , sit down with a nice glass of something and trawl Rebecca Barnard at Myspace for gig info etc.
